Does the VitalivTM machine require an internet connection?

VitalivTM machines use IoT sim cards (4G) for a secure connection, although the machine can operate without a connection. This connection allows you to monitor your machine, keeping tabs on everything so you know when your machine requires attention. The machine also sends analytics to the VitalivTM team so we can remotely monitor your machine to ensure you have the best overall experience.

How do I know if I have enough space for a VitalivTM machine?

How many flavours and enhancers does the VitalivTM machine hold at one time?

VitalivTM machines hold 4 flavours and 4 enhancers at one time.

What are the electrical and water requirements for the VitalivTM machine?

The VitalivTM machine requires access to a standard 220V/ 50Hz electrical outlet and access to a potable water source.

What is the size of the VitalivTM machine?

VitalivTM Personalised Hydration is a smart hydration ecosystem that provides personalized hydration whenever, wherever and however you want. VitalivTM enables you to refill reusable bottles with delicious flavours, vitamins, carbonation and more to match your mood !

What type of filter does the VitalivTM machine use?

VitalivTM machines use the latest activated carbon ultrafiltration technology from BWT for consistently pure water and top-class sensory quality. It offers optimum protection against germs for water dispensers, filtering up to 99,9999% of bacteria.

The service offering includes access to an online portal to manage your Machines. In the event that you did not receive an email with your account login credentials, please contact your Service Provider so they can launch your account creation.

How long does it take to install a VitalivTM machine?

New accounts receive a pre-install site visit to validate the VitalivTM machine location, verify access to water/electric sources and adequate storage space for VitalivTM supplies. Typically, a VitalivTMmachine can be installed in about 2-4 hours depending on the set-up location.

How many drinks does each flavour/enhancer Bag-in-Box (BiB) deliver?

VitalivTM flavour and enhancer BiBs deliver 200 servings each. May vary.

How many VitalivTM machines do I need for my location?

We recommend 1 VitalivTM machine per 100-150 people, depending on usage.

Where is the VitalivTM Personalised Hydration service available?

VitalivTM Personalised Hydration is great for medium to large offices, fitness centers, car dealerships, schools, hotels, restaurants, healthcare and assisted living facilities, and more. Currently we only offer VitalivTM in select locations in France and Switzerland, but we are looking to expand to other areas soon.

What comes with the VitalivTM offering?

As part of VitalivTM Personsalised Hydration offering, not only do you get access to the machine, but you also get access to our online web portal to view consumption data, track machine BiB (Bag in Box) levels, and request service.

How much caffeine is in VitalivTM drinks containing the Energy enhancer ?

There is 75mg of caffeine present in each drink containing the Energy enhancer, regardless of the pour size.

What type of ingredients are in VitalivTM flavours?

All flavours are made with natural flavours and do not contain sugar or sweeteners.

How many flavours & enhancers can a person add to their personalised VitalivTM drink ?

Choose up to 2 flavours and 1 enhancer per drink. Enhancers must be mixed with at least one flavour.

How do I download the mobile app?

The mobile app is currently undergoing some improvements, but will be available soon !

Why can't I find the mobile app in the App store / Google Play store ?

The app is available only in countries where the VitalivTMPersonalised Hydration service is provided - France and Switzerland currently. If you are in one of these countries and do not see the application, verify in your smartphone's settings that your phone's region is set to Switzerland or France.

I see the VitalivTM machine has an NFC reader, how can I connect my bottle?

The VitalivTM mobile app will allow you to syncronize your VitalivTM smart bottles and bracelets, in order to order drinks directly with your bottle and track your hydration. It is currently under development, but will be available soon !

Can I change the flavour/enhancer Bag-in-Boxes (BiBs) myself?

VitalivTM flavour and enhancer BiBs were specially designed for quick installation and removal. Simply scan the QR code, twist on/off the connector and that’s it !

How can I request service for my VitalivTM machine?

Your VitalivTM machine will be regularly serviced by our experts during preventative maintenance visits. In the event your machine requires additional service, you can contact your service provider to place a service request.

What is the login page for?

The login page is for professionals who are customers of VitalivTM Personalised Hydration. As part of our offering, you get access to a personalized web portal that shows your location's consumption information, allows you to track BiB levels, gives you access to self-service documentation, and which enables you to manage operators servicing the machine.

Is there a specific reusable bottle I should use with the machine?

We have two pour sizes, 300ml and 500ml. We recommend using a clean container that is slightly larger than your pour size.
